I know, and the rest of the fans know, it's YOU and only YOU, that continue to love, support, and honor, all eras of Van Halen's time in the spotlight. You are the one member with dignity and heart when it comes to this band and fans.
After all that you've have been through, it's only you that has remained true to your self, true to the fans, true to your music and true to the friends you've made along the way, and true to the legacy of Van Halen. It's a damn shame that the dysfunction brothers can't even remotely reach the platform you stand on.
We've all said and had fun with the term, "Mikey is a class act'. But we only say it because you really are.

I'm almost positive it was in one of those defunct metal mags i used to constantly buy.

It was years & years ago, when Pete was still alive.
I want to say "Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles," which i believe was a Canadian publication.
Martin Popoff used to write for them.

But, yeah, i'm a huge Type O fan, so i remember that tidbit well, cus i loved VH too.

But Peter also had that dry sense of humor, so it could have just been him making up
an answer and showing his knowledge of late 70's Hard Rock.
