Orioles are going to be real bad but they had some baby birds who looked good in grapefruit action. All of which were sent down to the minors. Perhaps the baseball gods will allow some wins as these guys are slowly brought up. lol Welcome spring... play ball!

Will be interesting to see how the Red Sox respond. They got weaker in their weakest area, but everything else stayed the same.

Obviously don't expect a repeat of last year. In fact, not sure the Yankees aren't a better team. But that's why they play the games.

SF Giants are most likely going to finish either 4th or 5th in the NL West.

The aging CORE from the 3 World Series teams is due for a rebound if healthy, but it will not be enough. Their offensive and power is TOTALLY lacking in this modern era of HR or Strikeout.

The Giants past winning formula of Pitching, Defense and timely hitting is not enough when you are trying to win 7-5.

Giants have a future all-star in Joey Bart (catcher), but he is at least a year away. They now have some Modern Management in place with Farhan Zaidi (ex-Dodger GM), so the next few years of rebuilding should lead to some good teams in the future.

Biggest deal this year will be to see if they trade upcoming Free Agent Pitcher Madison Bumgarner at the trade deadline.

Agreed. With Soto, Robles and Eaton in the OF they will be fine without Harper.

Soto is the "Real Deal".

As exciting as Harper is, he is not worth the price tag he got. He might be in Phillie with the short porch they have there in right. But I'm ok with him leaving now, they prepared for the day. Good front office.

If the Braves sign their own player they would not lose a pick.

The only time a team would lose a pick is if they signed "ANOTHER" teams Free Agent that had a $ Qualifying offer.

On a side note..... NO WAY the Braves wait for Acuna Jr to get anywhere near Free Agency (2025). Don't worry, they will lock him up long term WAY before that. Kid is special.
