EVH Striped Series Question
So I went to this local guitar show this weekend, with the intention of just killing time. There was a dealer there with a bunch of discontinued gear, all new. Long story short, he had an EVH Circles guitar. I was never crazy about that design until I saw it in person. Guitar played great, was set up perfectly, and I was out the door with it with a gig bag for $600. Anyway, wasn't until later I realized one of those threaded hex screws that goes in through the back of the neck by the headstock to secure the locking nut was missing. I texted him and he got right back to me and said he would send me one this week. He lives one town over and is an EVH dealer guy I believe so I have no reason to doubt he will send it. Anyway, I was going to order a set on my own just to be safe. Does anybody know exactly what part I need and where I can order them from? Thanks!
*Also, it does have some rough fret edges, but its the middle of winter here and very dry. If I remember correctly, someone told me not to get the frets filed yet. Wait until summer and humid season to see if the wood expands a bit. I think I once had this issue with a Japanese Wolf and once summer rolled around the frets were fine, I can't remember for sure though. Thanks!

Nice guitar for sure. I have one and I love it. The hex screws / clamps your talking about on the nut are a dime a dozen and easy to find. If he doesn’t come through shoot me a PM and I will send you one bro for it. As far as the fret wire on the edges I have the same problem with all my EVH guitars in the winter time especially when its dry. It’ll get better in a few months and if you don’t want to deal with it right now just bring it to a guitar shop and have them file down the edges and sand it with 15 and then 18 paper and it’ll take the edge off. No worries its all good. GReat guitar and congrats....
Love the Unchained Circles Fair Warning era strat. Nice score bro.

IMHO, the middle of winter is the best time to remove fret sprout, since the fretboard is at it's narrowest annual width.
Also, 15 and 18 grit might be a little coarse, just kidding, I think you meant 150 and 180 .
