The ancient vimanas from India are well-known but if they actually existed, who was flying them thousands of years before the Wright brothers? They are regarded as myths but if thats the case the Hindu's sure had one hell of imagination to make them up!

Vimanas were usually portrayed as flying castles and temples. Not saying it isn't possible, but I really doubt it was more than stories as part of Hindu mythology.

in the 70's a committee was established to look into the goings on in regards to the CIA. One of the things they found was "operation mockingbird", which generally exposed that the CIA had assets at a bunch of news organizations and they would manipulate news stories to benefit the CIA (very simplified explanation), I totally believe that is going on today. Main stream media is working with the government to control what the general public sees and hears.
