New John Sykes
He's been promising a new solo album, even released some snippets from it about 12mths ago, but the first thing we actually get is a cover of the guy he sounds like the most. Can't have everything I guess. That unmistakable Sykes vibrato is certainly there.
It's from a Gaz tribute album, mixed by a local guy here and it includes Daisley, Hughes, Sykes, Lukather, Morse, Lynn Turner and a bunch of others.

Oh man, that vibrato is unmistakable!
Sykes sounds potent, he loved Gary.
In the new issue of Rock Candy, Vivian Campbell, a huge Moore fan, is asked to
pick Gary's best material.
I was bummed that he slagged "Victims" and ignored "Corridors."
He liked "Dirty Fingers," which is what he grew up learning to play.
