It’s so embedded that Terry Crews and James Van Der Beek won’t name who assaulted them.

Donald Trump has been accused by a cattle call of women of being a sexual predator, and was friends with the same known pedophile and serial rapist, but he's lumped in with Harvey Weinstein.

    Nice to see your consistent.

Also, I love how a guy living with his parents is writing about self reliance. That's funny.
You mean the people that sell their stories to appear in supermarket tabloids along alien invasions, Elvis sightings and "Batboy Strikes Again?" Yeah, real good source to use. Without those, you only have the three above, Gennifer Flowers conflating several one-night stands into a continuous 12-year affair, and the woman claiming that Clinton fathered a half-black son, which was disproved by a DNA test. Clinton is a horndog, that is undeniable, but a rapist and a predator he is not. He did not have to assault anyone to get his dick wet.

Also, Hillary accompanied him to many of Jeffrey Epstein's parties, which completely means he couldn't indulge in anything there. Many people didn't know about Epstein's crimes for many years, so odds are that they didn't either. Trump, however, was sued by a woman who said that he and Epstein gang-raped her when she was 13. The case was set to go to trial around the inauguration, but of course she dropped the charges because Trump supporters lobbed death threats and said they were going to dox her. Which is in many ways a shame, as this would've been a silver lining in it all, even if it was only possible because of the Supreme Court's hopelessly misguided Clinton v. Jones decision.

Simply put, when evidence shows that someone has done wrong, I disavow them. If I haven't done it to someone, it's because the evidence doesn't support the allegations. That's all there is. If the evidence really did show that Clinton was guilty, I would say say so and condemn him in no uncertain terms.

This guy seems to have some real deep-rooted hatred of women. Obviously it's a power trip yeah?

There was probably a lot of self-loathing and rejection growing up and what does he do? He builds this empire.

Now he's a big shot but still fugly. All the
money in the world can't help that. I can never wrap my mind around how a powerful multimillionaire...not just rich but influential needs that dominance over another human being. Women throw themselves at these guys because of who they are.

I'll say this. His brother is gonna go down with the ship as well. I'm reading that this pos is saying his brother "betrayed" him.

The guy is wanting for help for "sex addiction" but that's not likely what is going on here. If it was just about sex he would bring escorts and prostitutes and stuff. But, he seeked out vulnerable women that have little or no power. I mean, he feels he can do whatever he wants to these women and he probably wants to show that he has control over the team.

It's about abuse of power it seems to me.

It's just amazing to me how long this was allowed to go on.

Hollywood is like a weird, creepy cult:
We must protect Harvey, at all costs.

Just that level of celebrity is such a ruthless sort of power trip, where
you are conditioned to overlook what goes on, so long as it benefits you.

And you see it in the Political realm, as well.
It's like these people have sold their soul, and those on the bottom are dispensable.

It starts with us men. We need to step up and call this shit out when we see it. Then, women will lose their fear of speaking out.

I work with this punk kid who just says whatever is on his mind. Granted, everybody has a little fun with each other but I'm having this back and forth with this female coworker who I see as a sister and this punk tells her to "suck Chris's dick".

I went off on him. Told him "dude..that was way beyond the pale". "Apologize to her RIGHT NOW"!!

He nervously laughed but did apologize. She didn't seem angry...tough girl but still...

The problem is that you don't "know" most of the time.

    You have suspicions.

There is a guy in my office that I have "heard" rumors about, but I have never seen him do or say anything inappropriate. You can't fire a guy on hearsay.

You can fire anybody for any reason. Unless of course, in your line of work you have special clauses etc?

At the very least the guy in question can be confronted. "I've been hearing things". "What say you"? See, this is why women will always fear coming forward because we always want the smoking gun and only then take action.

    Not true.

While many employees are at will employees, many are not as well.

I'm not at will, they just can't fire me. I'm on a fully funded and executed contract, I would have to do something to be terminated from it, and so would he.

one leads to the other. You have victims who don't want to kill their shot at the big time so they tolerate shit that no one should have to. You have people who know what's going on but don't want to kill their gravy train. It beautifully captures everything that is wrong in society. People choosing to act in a way that no one should, overlook that behaviour, excuse that behaviour, etc. All for the almighty dollar. Sickening. The first time he did this he should have gotten the living kicked out of him. If that happened it would have never happened again. Same thing happened in my church, same thing happens everywhere. We choose to make excuses for people all the time.
