Charlie Watts is better than her. Have no idea why people post this sort of thing.

This is a phenomenon that needs to be studied. Amazon/Netflix have their next big documentary.

I've read before that Charlie Watts is actually a very good jazz drummer, but that his role with the Stones is simply a timekeeper.

Not sure how accurate that is, but I do remember reading it.

I tend to heir on the side of encouragement and positivity when it comes to folk like this. But....

I dont understand people's need to post seemingly every time they pickup the sticks or guitar and put it on YT. Like can't you just sit and play without recording? Especially when it appears as though that they seem to be learning the instrument. I know when I was learning how to play guitar there wasn't a chance in hell I would have posted anything on YT, if it existed at the time. I would have watched it back and gone, "No. You fucked up that part. No you messed up. No not a chance."

Now's a bit of a different story because I'm comfortable and able to just pick up a guitar and actually play it without feeling the need to playing other people's songs or riffs, I wouldn't have much issue with it.

But why 700 videos? Why do you need to record every time you play a song?

Same reason why someone has to post 700 YouTube videos a week on here when just the title will suffice.

    Because they want to.

Gotta admit that watching these videos makes me kind of sad, but if it makes the people posting them happy, then as we say at GameStop: "Power To The Players"

At least at my church, she wouldn't be in. Our church has some really good players and singers (they let me in because I bring real wine, not grape juice).

But, now that I think about it a little more, my mom's little country church has a "Praise" band, and they are real bad.

Slight thread derailment. I once went to Mass and to my horror, there was drums being played.

    I walked out.
