T5 and EP, I spend most of my time between Santa Fe, Taos and Angel Fire, where the skiing is phenomenal. The southern area is also quite nice, with a combination of beautiful mountains and arid desert. The Elephant Butte in the Rio Grande near Las Cruces is also a very scenic place to relax and do some fishing. Even tho I'm from Chicago, I love the peace and tranquility of the Southwest!

Ok T5, EP, and all you grill masters, we're gonna cook up some carnitas (aka pulled pork) in the coming days, so fire up your broilers and enjoy Super Bowl week. And don't forget to stock up all the nice cold brewskis!
