So they became perpetually negative and hateful towards Trump only after he called them fake news then. Interesting.

They'd done that all by themselves, and that began long before Trump took office. Certainly during Trump's tenure the news media became all the more exposed for their gross bias and ridiculously slanted "reporting".

The media wasn't "fair" to Trump, but he also gave them a lot to work with. And his constant attacks with them only escalated the feud. Everything he did was unprecedented for the office, so that was a part of it too.

Biden isn't even POTUS yet and they're analyzing the media treatment of him. It certainly won't be as rough as it was with Trump. Biden won't give them those crazy tweets to report on either.

Can't we just appreciate a quieter Presidency for a little while?
