Let me remind you that I am on record as saying that these Arab states will not take their own people back because they have no use for them and they never have. That being said, the King’s comments took me by surprise.

Trump got them to sign the Abraham Accords. Biden spent his entire presidency, trying to destroy those accords and they did not budge. That says that they too are tired of this bullshit with Hamas and the Palestinians. What’s the solution? Well, we’re trying to find out aren’t we? (They being Arab States)

I’ll see this if we just back up and tell Israel and those Arab states to handle it on their own, you know what’s gonna happen right? The Palestinians will be wiped out and then it will be America’s fault because we didn’t “do something”.

Let Israel and those nations that signed on to the accords, and those that are ready to sign on, come to a solution and let them implement it.

I admire your confidence, and I hope you are right. History tells me not much is gonna change. But again, I hope you are correct, it's a better option.

Yep, average life expectancy back then was around 38. They probably figured really old dudes would be in their 60's. George Washington died at around 67, IIRC. And he was considered very old back then.

Will never be peace in that region. You can't reason with those folks, they are too stupid. Average IQ in the ME is in the 70's. That's Forrest Gump level. Most folks probably don't realize that. Look up avg Middle East IQ. I'm not joking at all. They are freaking DUMB over there.

Think about it...that means half the people are lower than that. Avg IQ here is 98, and if you've ever dealt with someone that falls in that range, you know how dumb THEY are, so imagine whole nations that are 20pts lower than that.

What is funny outside of my 88 year old mom, I don't know anybody in my family who watches legacy media. Oh and she watches NewsNation or whatever that actually moderate channel is. The one with Chris Cuomo.

Its so very easy to pull the "Russia Russia Russia" with "Legacy media" on both sides. Oh are there people who watch FOX? Sure but I really don't think the most ardent Trump supporters here watch it. I don't see their content come from there. For example I am sure many here will say I was Trumps balls. I follow a host of feeds on Twitter and they are a mix of everybody. Yes Elon is one. Trump isn't. Neither are his kids. Bill Maher is. Fetterman is. Stephen A Smith is. Rand Paul yes. Russel Brand before he became a Christian and currently. Dennis Kucinich is another. The evil Joe Rogan is another. Tulsi way before she was a Russian agent. Loved her in 2020 primaries while a Democrat.

I am simply tired of believing that GW, Obama, Biden, and Congress have had the people's interests at heart. I turned 56 yesterday and I now want something different. Yep. When we were all kids, NOBODY talked politics, hardly ever, other than maybe the last 2-3 months before a presidential election, or if some huge issue came up. But nobody lived this crap day to day like they do now. "You don't talk religion and politics" was how it was done, and folks got along MUCH better because of it.

Now, folks treat politics as their sport. They've chosen a side, and pull for it "no matter what". TOTALLY the wrong way it should be.
Today, people go home and watch whatever "news" source tells them what they want to hear. They discount everything from any source that doesn't say what they want to hear, no matter if it's accurate or not. "Oh, you can't believe anything NBC says", etc.
Then they come to work the next day and instead of talking about the game last night, they talk politics.

It's terribly unhealthy. Politics should be treated as a necessary evil, at BEST. Not a "team" that you ride and die with. Precisely zero of them give a great big greasy shit about any of us. Not Trump, Pelosi, etc.

Only watching networks that agree with you is terrible. It's intellectually dishonest, really. Trumpers watch Fox, OAN, or whatever, believe every single thing they're told, and will tell you that 100% of what you're told by MSNBC or CNN is "fake news" and can't be believed.

The "traditional" media is still best. CBS, ABC, AP, BBC. Worst you'll see on those is maybe a misleading headline, but the actual facts are always in the article, so you can read it and decide for yourself. You don't need Hannity or Tucker to tell you what to think. Much less sketchier places like OAN or crap on "Truth Social/Rumble", etc, that flat out lie to you.

The cable "news" is anything but. It's just opinion-driven BS to keep you pissed off enough that you'll tune back in tomorrow night to get pissed off some more. And folks think they're "informed" by watching this nonsense.

Getting rid of the Fairness Doctrine has not been a good thing, and combined with the internet and social media now, had been flat out bad for the country.

It might surprise you, but Palestinians are a little more attached to their homeland that people from Detroit or Cleveland. They consider it their holy land. I'm pretty sure nobody ever has considered Detroit to be holy. A ghetto sure, but not that.
