Wife and kids away for the weekend, R and R and Dr Pepper in my hand. 1984 on the CD Player, a set of old, yet awesome, JVC speakers I decide to crank one of the blusiest most feelingest(is that a word?) VH tunes ever recorded. One thing I have to say about 1984, Ted made Dave sing his ass off.

Great song and another kicking EVH solo , one my favorites from 1984 . After the show in 1984 I can remember my friend (who wasn`t a big heavy rock fan to begin with) saying "Damn they didn`t play Drop Dead Legs"

This song is probably one of the most underrated and underappreciated Van Halen songs. I love the guitar throughout the song.

Good song, Mike's background vocals kick ass. Also great outro.

Hey, my first post here, chose this thread to do it in cause Drop Dead Legs is an AMAZING song.

I don't think any other band on the planet could have recorded this tune and pulled it off. No one else had the moxy to do it and have it sound so dominant!

A great song on a great album. Jump, Panama, Hot For Teacher, and I'll Wait received all the radio play but every song on the album is awesome!
