I consider all of Eddie's solos amazing, but there are a lot that stand out from the rest. For example, the Ice Cream Man solo is probably one of the best, and Feelin' has a great one also. Here are some others:
Somebody Get Me A Doctor
Sinner's Swing!
Hear About It Later
Hot For Teacher
Summer Nights
Aftershock
Year To The Day
What do you think?

Ice Cream Man has my all time favorite EVH guitar solo in it. I love watching it on the US Festival video when he first starts the solo, doing that huge finger stretch.
So many other cool ones too, like Romeo Delight, Bottoms Up!!, I'll Wait. Hell, you could name them all.

I'm likely going to raise some hairs, eyebrows, and some hammers over my head, but Eddie's solo on Fire in the Hole was pretty cool.
And Humans Being was awesome, too.

I forgot to mention the solo on "5150" that appears on Live Without A Net. That is so awesome!! Possibly the best solo Eddie's ever recorded.

I dig Eddie's solo from the 1984 tour, the bluesy lil' ditty,Sittin' on top of the world(Mississippi Sheiks, then later Howlin' Wolf and even later Cream). It's so lowdown and dirty. And Al layin' the heavy beat. All hell yes indeed. I could just hear Roth jumpin' in,"One summer day,she went away..."
I dig the solo in Could This Be Magic, too. Thank You,Edward.

So I'm not alone in this world? This one is actually really great. Someone mentioned Humans Being. It's good, but I like the video version better. It keeps it going fast. The whole thing is good, but I like the way the video was mixed.

I think the solo to Feelin' is Eddie's best!

This is tough. The solo on the live version of Finish What Ya Started sticks out in my mind as being exceptionally cool.

Agreed. That scale down sounds simple, but it's a bear compared to the main riff.
Hot For Teacher is incredible.
Interesting that no one has mentioned the obvious Eruption...

This is tough...gotta do a little research...back later...*L*

I always thought the solo in So This Is Love was cool...Ed starts the solo on the 2 with a jazz scale and it still is a unique solo intro for Eddie...the timing is unlike many of the other solos on record...

That's easy: The solo in Feelin'
Though I agree that the solo in Ice Cream Man is a close second!

I am surprised that anyone at all (in this case, Eyes of the Night) has said it, but I must agree with one of his picks....Cabo Wabo. One of Ed's LEAST technical solos of all time, it gives me erect body hair to this day.
A few other favorites...
5150
Girl Gone Bad
Can't Stop Loving You
Humans Being
Mine All Mine
Jump
Little Dreamer
too many to list em all, but Cabo takes the cake for me.
