As I continue to build my VH unreleased/demo library via Napster, I found one that said "Ripley Right Now Guitar Demo" or something like that - I saw no similarities to "Right Now" but Bradman did have a song on the unlist called "Ripley" and so that is what I renamed it. Any comments about this piece? Also, I'm still looking for a good version of "Down In Flames" - if you have or know of one you think is the best, how is it usually labeled (i.e. "Down In Flames live at Pinky's Bar-B-Q 1975") and how long it should be. Thanks.

Is that Ripley Guitar Demo about 1.50 long? If so it's likely from the second disc of That's All Folks and it isn't Van Halen, it's something by King Crimson. It's mentioned on the VHboots website.

Not sure about Down in Flames. I think it only exists in live form, and any ones I've heard are pretty close in quality.

Yeah, 1:54 to be exact. King Crimson, huh? I'll be damned. Off to the recycle bin you go...

Yep that ain't VH. I'm going to be putting the second disc of "That's All Folks!" up later today, and that track will be omitted, along with those other solos that are actually for a VH instructional video made by some guy.

Okay, here's one for all you people that own the bootleg this is off - I have downloaded "House Of Pain"/"Running With The Devil" (Demo) as two segued songs, but at about 2:30 in HOP, or right after the guitar solos, the volume goes down for awhile - is this the way it is on the bootleg, or did someone record their MP3 poorly. I have tried downloading it from several sites and it's always the same, yet I have a chopped HOP (sans RWTD) that doesn't get lower - don't know if HOP was available on more than one bootleg or if it's only on one and the person who recorded both songs together messed up.

I've got that on the boot called Last Night and I just listened to HOP and it doesn't do that.
