Seriously, I've heard a couple people say they could hear Dave singing to this song, but I don't hear it. Plus, VH worked on this song for VH III, and then again for the follow up to VH III which obviously never got finished. So I'd highly doubt it'll be reworked with Dave. I agree though, it's a great song.

Dave could do this song. When I down loaded it back in February, RB&W and I decided that Dave could sing this. Gar sounds a bit like him at times, or I should say they sound the same sometimes.

Like in Secrets, when Dave goes falcetto, Gar does that in Once. See what I mean?

actually they had the song written for dave to sing for the new best of vh songs but he turned that one down. so gary did it! and its not released. well actually it was the b-side on the japanese release of the dirty water dog single. so it is a released song!

Sammy would have written better lyrics too. The song is great but the lyrics are bit "off" which is why I don't think it made the cut.

TWILY is a great sounding tune, but the lyrics seem unfinished....

and I don't care for the one lyric about "I would have been one of those, who flew over the cuckoo..."

if ya know the song well, you know the line. I don't know if those are the EXACT words, but it's damn close.
