    Baluchitherium always reminded me of Hordes of Locusts by Joe Satriani. Extremely similar bass line/groove. When I first heard Van Halen's song, I was thinking, "Hey, that kinda sounds like..." Then it hit me--Hordes of Locusts. Not saying one is better than the other anything--just noting the similarity. Both songs are really cool.
