But I am about to go fucking postal on John Hancock Insurance and them not paying my mom's claims for Long Term Care.

Just got off the phone with them "we tried to pay you on the 21st, but there was a system issue, and we had to write an IT ticket."

"So when can you pay the close to $100K you owe on this policy?"

"I don't know sir, but there is a ticket."

Then, she threw at me "well sir, there are so many unpaid invoices, it takes a while to process them all". My response was "maybe do one of them at a time. Or maybe even better, pay them as they come along?"

Mr. Lahey kinda looks like Jimmy Buffett in that pic. They did a show here at my local pub 5 or 6 years ago. John Dunsworth was a very nice guy very friendly & appreciative of the fans. Damn shame his life was cut short. RIP.
