Does anyone know if that show, in its entirety is available to the public. I downloaded Cathedral from that show (video), and it ended right as they were leading into Hot for Teacher, which I've heard the audio of before. I'd love to get my greasy little hands on this. Anyone know where or how, or how much?

There is a VHS video called "Les Paul & Friends: He Changed the Music" that includes all of the performances from the tribute. But, no, I don't have it.

I remember watching this when it came out, and it's very cool. Les Paul deserves much credit for the way artists record today, with the multi-tracking. Things just wouldn't be the same.
Everyday I break my previous record for consecutive days staying alive.
