Both official sites had data-base updates on same day.

Not really, because there are alot of acts playing that probably are good friends with both of them.

Maybe both have made their peace with each other and Sammy is staying a solo artist and Eddie is reuniting the original Van Halen Band.

But somethings got me going a bit crazy since yesterday about the announcement coming soon.

This is irrelevant. It just means when the database of domain names was updated - you can type in random urls and get the same date/time.
