Ha! I remember seeing the '04 show in Oakland, which was General Admission. We got there super early to get up close and were standing next to a woman that was dressed like the back-up singer girls on the Dr. Feelgood tour. Except time was no friend of her's. She was actually quite nice to us and offered up us a sip of tequila (Cabo Wabo of course) from her flask. Fearing a roofy-moment, I pulled out my flask of whiskey and said I was all good.

As we are having this conversation, this normal-looking teenager was next to her rolling her eyes with every sentence we uttered. Eventually, we were introduced to her 12 yr old daughter who she said could get a ride home with someone else if she found a play date for the night.

Whew. Thank God my mom never took me to a concert dressed like something that was thrown out of the tourbus at 75 mph.

No....not really. But without a book feeding the fire, I would think that they'd all be ready to move on from that stuff and just concentrate on what they're doing now.

Now, in every interview they do, the actual new music questions will be secondary to the "confirm or deny" sensationalism questions of the TMZ public.
