I can honestly say that I have not heard any Hagar era songs in a few weeks ( at least ) on the radio.
Over the weekend I did hear "Eagles Fly" and "3 Lock Box" though.
But absolutley no Van Hagar whatsoever.
And I do seem to be hearing more & more lesser played Van Roth tunes like "Top Jimmy", "I'm the One" & "Women in Love". It seems like program directors are going with the Dave is back rumors and pushing the early era of Van Halen.
What is it like where you all live?

I heard When It's Love probably a couple of months ago, but heard Runnin' With The Devil last week. They may not play much Van Hagar, but at least they play VH. Could be worse I guess.

My local classic rock station mostly plays DLR-era VH: Unchained, Runnin' With The Devil, Jump, Panama, Hot For Teacher, Dance The Night Away, Pretty Woman, I'll Wait, etc., but every once in a while I hear Dreams or Why Can't This Be Love.

Achievements:
On the rare occassion I listen to the radio, chances are I'll catch the Roth era.
Haven't heard of any Sammy-era on the radio here in quite a while.

The classic rock stations here play Dave-era almost exclusively, same with the contemporary rock stations. The 80's station plays a pretty even mix of both. I haven't heard anything from 3 in years. Sammy solo gets played fairly often, though not as much as anything VH. I can't recall hearing any Dave solo tunes in a long time. Occasionally you'll hear something off FUCK, but I haven't heard anything off Balance in quite a while.
I hate cold weather in the car. If it's much below freezing, my CD player won't work until things have warmed up, and by then I'm usually where I'm going. During the warmer months I very rarely listen to the radio. Hearing singles spaced out with lots of commercials isn't my idea of driving music.

Here in Connecticut, classic VH is played 10 times more than Van Hagar. I did hear
'Black and Blue' last week. It's nice to hear some of the non-radio tunes as well.

Around where I live it seems like it's been about 50/50. I'm actually been a little disapointed that they don't play more Dave era. I love Sammy but if Dave is back in the band then you would think the radio stations would concentrate on playing Dave era VH. Oh well it's all good as long as they're playing the Mighty VH.

This past weekend was "Van Halen Winning Weekend" on my local classic rock station, B-Rock 99 (Bakersfield, CA). They were giving away the Remasters, 2 at a time, if people could answer the trivia questions, which were very easy. They played alot more VH than they usually do, with it tilted in Dave's favor because of the giveaway. But Sunday night, I was in the car, and the girl DJ played 15 minutes straight (4 songs) off of RHRN. That was very cool!! Thruout the weekend, I heard Dreams, WCTBL, FWYS, Poundcake, and I Can't Stop Loving You.
It was a great programming weekend, I thought.

I hear Best of Both Worlds a lot, but only when I listen to WTUE (which comes in kind of poorly down here in Cincinnati, but not as poorly as The X does).
Of course I'd have to say the best two instances of that station was the morning when, out of the blue, they played Top of the World. And then on night on the Saturday Night Block Party they played a block of Sammy - Serious JuJu, Best of Both Worlds, and One Way to Rock.
Just depends on the station you listen to.

Here in Sacramento, you'd think Van Halen stopped recording after VH1...
Funny though how 5150 is becoming considered 'classic.'

On the way into town today I heard Runnin' With The Devil and on the way back I heard Finish What Ya Started. I think it was the same station.

Mainly the Roth era here in the Bay Area too (all of 2 stations that actually plays Halen). If & when they play the Hagar era, it's usually 5150 material, Summer Nights & WCTBL. I think I heard Poundcake a couple times too. This other station did an hour tribute to VH & played equal amounts of DLR & Hagar stuff, & when it came time for VH3, some DJ protested & wouldn't let em play anything from the album. Whatever.
