The rumours are getting out of proportion!!!

The current crop of rumors aren't all that bad. There's certainly nothing absolutely wild out there at the moment. Remember 05/15/00? Or the 24 Feb? Or Hasselhof?

Now those were out of proportion!

I agree with MikeL the latest batch to roll through the rumor mill havent been that bad at all.

Yeah, the rumors lately have been pretty harmless. It seems that last winter/spring there was always a new date for an announcement. That still happens occasionally, but not as often.

Hey Retrospective, I used to be just like you man. Always pissed off at these fucking dudes that start false rumors. We had this one guy Sherman, well, I'm not going to even start with that. My new motto is "in one ear, right out the other". After you here so many false rumors you just start to ignore them. I'm sure one of these days one of these rumors will actually be true! Why the hell do people mention things, and then say "well, I'm not even going to start with that." That's so lame. If you don't mean to mention it, doin't mention it.

Anyway, yeah, we finally seem to have gotten away from biting our heads off over dates. Thank god!

I was a little worried that the "26th, but on a different month" thing was going to take off the other day. What a mess that would've been.

One thing about this situation: we're all learning a little lesson in patience and faith. Those are hard things to come by on the internet.
