Ummm...it's a site for Gary, why shouldn't they tear Dave down if they feel they have to?? Yes it's completely childish, but so are attacks on Gary, and I don't see ANYONE singing praises or refraining from bashing Gary at any of the DLR sites.

Just for purposes of clarification.....

The Webpastors at the Church of Cherone (Mark & Ron) are good guys and I have a lot of respect for them, though obviously there are things we don't agree on. My objective here was not to trash their entire site or to slam Gary Cherone personally (really guys, the gay shit is old) but just to neutralize the one or 2 dickwads that is stirring up the shit over there.

Now (you know who you are) be sure to quote this over at the Church too

I went there and saw the shit storm you essentially stirred up (Ed6150's posts) by posting this in the first place. You're clearly not a Cherone fan so why do you go to a page meant for Cherone fans? Man, if Eddy Van Halen's manager (Ray Daniel's at the time) called me up and said, hey, Sammy Hagar left Van Halen, you want to play? I'd be out of this cubicle shit farm and on the first airplane to 5150. It's one thing to rip on the music that the third incarnation created, and another to rip Gary. I'll say it, didn't really like the music, didn't jump up and down like a Halen album usually makes me jump up and down. But if my phone rings right now, and Ed's on there asking me to sing, damn straight I'd do it, we all would. My hat's off to Gary. Good try man. Best wishes. How can everybody rip Gary? He was asked to be in the band. I'd do it, then tomorrow, everybody in here would be saying "stratogibson, that f@#$cking piece of homo pussy butt#@$k can't sing Dave's better blah". And you'd be right, but I'd still sing if Ed called.
