Will somebody please post the photo from the Maximum Golf article that shows Eddie in fatigues? I have combat-style boots and am making pants like Ed's to match that look. It's frankly one of the very few outfits I've seen him wear that I like!

Kind of off the subject but after seeing those guitars hanging up on the wall, I'd like to know how many guitars he owns.

Those guitars on the wall are nothing compared to the amount he's got over his garage. I think I read somewhere that Ed has got in between 250-500 guitars. The tobacco burst one in the picture with the 4 skinny pickups is probably the Tiesco de Rey he got when he was 11 or 12 years old.

Well, I just played a Wolfgang Peavy today and I gotta say, I was disappointed that it only had a volume control on it and no tone control. Oh well, it was a very nice guitar and someone who can actually play probably could make it sound good. lol. I played that little riff from DTNA. No one was impressed. lol.

I wish VH owed WB a record or 2, because if they did Ed would have done that by now.
BTW I think the Wolfgang standards have a tone control. I still love my Special though! I am awesome

It's interesting....Ed said in an interview about the Wolfgang: "Do you know anyone who actually touches the tone control on a guitar? On a bass maybe, but never a guitar." I'm not sure if this is really true about guitarists using the tone knob (why would it exist if it's not useful?) I guess Eddie's way of manipulating his tone is just by turning his amps up!
According to Peavey, Wolfgangs are made to Ed's very meticulous specifications. I always thought it was a bit strange that the man who could probably make ANY guitar sound like gold, has to be so picky about what he wants. Oh well, that's just the enigmatic EVH for ya.
If the Wolfie disappointed you, don't forget that the guitar always sounds better after it's striped.

Easy to overcook and dry out. Thin pork chops on the grill are easy and fast. When I cook thick pork chops I pan sear and put them in oven. An instant read thermometer is a must, I'm still not on...
