OK you can call me crazy but there's something I got to say....respect VH no matter what they do...i know VH3 is not the kind of record we were used to hear from mighty VH.....and please respect Sammy...i think he has done a lot of good for VH....and please be positive for the future....I think VH will be back one day.....for me Vh is the greatest band in the world and always will be...that's all

I can't respect what VH has done (and is doing) in regard to the fans. Their lack of contact with the fans is ridiculous. Think about it; if Dave hadn't forced them to address the recording sessions in '00 they'd have never said a word about the subject.

That's just the tip of the iceberg, though. The fool they have running their site speaks volumes about how oblivious they are when it comes to the web. The scum plays word games and math riddles with the remaining fans. Talk about respect...

I've always dug Dave and have tolerated Sam, although, as time goes by I just don't listen to Sam-era VH at all anymore. Sure he made contributions, some better (Humans Being, Seventh Seal, Poundcake, Judgment Day, The Dream Is Over, 5150, Summer Nights) than others (Source Of Infection

, Love Walks In, Why Can't This Be Love, Big Fat Money, Inside, Spanked, Top Of The World. The list goes on. LOL)

As for VH 3, screw that noise. There were a couple of good songs, From Afar and Without You (both of which were too long), but the rest of the album was a mess. The guitar sounded great, but everything else was horrid. I can't respect that, especially in light of what was sacrificed in order to attain such a bad product. I'm talking about '96. What a waste.

If Dave or VH puts out an album, I'll do my best to get it. While each act has laid eggs recently, I can't help but give them the benefit of the doubt. Dave's DVD appears to be worthless, though. Dave supposedly blew $1 million on it. I won't blow whatever it costs to buy it.

As for being positive about the future, I'm definitely skeptical. What's there to be positive about right now?

I'll enjoy the side projects, etc. But honestly, if VH called it quits now, I wouldn't be bawling. Sure, I'd be disappointed, but it's not like I'm not used to hearing nothing from them, so it definitely won't be the end of the world, at least for me...

like i said, i will stand by vh no matter what.
if they call it quits i will be sad, i think they will be back to do a few more albums.
but i agree i do not like they way they have been silent to the fans.
