    Were they called the Waboritas on that tour? I thought the name became official afterwards. I don't remember.

    I looked at some pics at Hagar's site and it looks like it was the Wabos but I agree that I don't think they were called that at the time. The disc had several guest on it.

    I picked up a copy of M2M yesterday and it said Sammy Hagar & The Waboritas on the plastic part.

    It was definitely the Waboritas (whether or not they were calling themselves that yet or not). I caught that tour at Rockfest in KC at the Liberty Memorial and it was kick ass.

    I was at that show, too! The band members were the current Waboritas, but I can't remember if that was their official name at the time. It really doesn't matter. I was just curious.

I think that started with Red Voodoo or came about while on the MTM tour and ended up on the Voodoo album or something like that. Cool show, though.
