trademarking/divorce

Mayve this was mentioned, but anyone see the possible connection? Marriage problems, trying to get all your financial affairs in order. It makes sense to me.........could be the big reason.

It doesn't make sense to me as clearly... What are you saying? Death? I couldn't see this being a reason for his wife to leave... Divorce? Why would he care about the trademarking??? What makes sense to you?

The trademarking probably has a lot to do with leaving WB.

getting finances in order with some life changing events. Divorce = money going away from your pocket--hence, you get a handle on your finances--including trademarking for whatever reasons, including leaving a record company, so you have money to part with. At least that's what I was thinking.........

I always just kind of thought of it as doing something that probably should have been done a long time ago.

If anything really pushed Eddie into doing it, it was probably the internet. It probably showed them how much their "property" could be used and in some cases abused.

You can make all of the comments you want about trademarking and whatever...

but I'm sure that people have put out shit while getting a divorce...

Now is this another domino? Sure as fuck it is...you don't have your act together...and get slammed with the luck of Satan...and it's going to keep you from doing much of anything...

Is this a part of it? Sure...but I'm banking on NOT HAVING A LEAD SINGER as the major fawpah with Eddie right now...it's hard to put out a rock and roll album...if you don't have anyone to sing..
