I guess they are spending alot of time together off the road too. Makes you wonder...

I'm sure if Mike had his way, he'd be in. But, now Neil Schon's got him in his new project. Neil's a great guitar player too. Very underrated. I hope some of their stuff makes radio.

Nah Mike is probably just glad to be hanging with Sam again, I am sure the VH thing caused a rift for years that they have only since repaired the last year or so.

As for Dave, no one in the band was that close to him anyway outside of the music. Eddie has said that the only thing that kept them together was the music, they were never really friends. Mike said the same thing. I think Al was probably the closest with DLR during the VH years.

look: sambo and mikey ARE in a band, it's called Planet Us.

if you think sambo and mike are going to get back into their old band, called van halen, you're crazy.

van halen is dead, dude. i mean stick a fork into it, it's done.

ed might release another GH album, along with a couple of new roth tunes as a marketing ploy ala GH I.

but vh is toast. they don't come back after a thing like gary cherone. that's just too low.
