Something I heard on the radio today........

I live in Houston, and today on Rock 101 KLOL they said that there will be announcement tomorrow at 5:00pm about a concert event that will be the biggest news in rock n roll in a decade. I know it most likely won't have anything to do with Van Halen but it did get me to thinking......what else could be something of this magnitude? Any thoughts on what else it could be?

Well I see they are pushing a Pearl Jam show on their website. Not the exactly the event of a decade for me, that might be it.

serious about the simon/garfunkel thing. they're gonna announce a reunion and for some reason people are acting like it's the Second Coming of Christ. They had a lot of chart hits, but fuck....it in't as big as say..a spinal tap reunion would be!!! long live amps that go to 11!!

Hymen @ Garfuckle were on the Grammys and sucked I might add. They used to be right on the money, but the harmonies and the timing were both off.

A LOT of the bands/groups/whatever were screwing up on this show. I think there was some serious problems with monitors or something. It sounded like they couldn't hear the rest of the music they were supposed to be singing to.
