Unchained ?

Allright, I got a question about "Unchained". In the middle, the ol' "Come on Dave, gimme a break" line. I always thought, and I heard it on here somewhere, that it was Ted Templeman. But on the radio the other day, the DJ played "Unchained" and said that it was actually Dave saying that. I guess during the demos or something, he was trying to hit a high note and couldn't reach it, so he said to himself "Come on Dave, gimme a break". When they went to record, I guess they recorded over the tape and that line was still there, and they left it. Anybody else heard this?

I don't care what anybody says. I've heard enough interviews of EVH and also met him and talked with him briefly a couple of times a few years after the FW album. He and Alex have very distinct accents, due presumably to their Dutch-American lineage. The person doing the talk-back bit is EVH.

It is Ted Templeman. I've even heard Brad Starks state this, and honestly that sounds NOTHING like Ed.
