Mean Street, that is an excellent question. David Lee Roth's hiring of Toshi Hiketa simply represents strong economic and foreign policy. But let me be clear, my administration worked extensively to bring Edward and David together. While our efforts were not successful we do believe that the DLR & Toshi combination will have positive impact on the battered Nikkei stock index.

My daughters were in diapers when Van Halen was at its peak popularity with Dave. The answer is "no". And "yes" I know Dave. But only casually. We snorted a few lines togehter back in '82.

I do not know Ray Daniels. But his brother Jack and I are very good friends.

It's interesting that you would bring that up. I had just purchased the Van Halen 1 remaster. On Super Bowl Sunday while listening to On Fire, I sparked up one of my favorite Columbian treats. I blacked out. Hit my face on the coffee table. Thankfully I was able to blame that incident on the pretzel thing. Your fellow press members made a big deal out of my dogs not coming to my aid. Come on, they were stoned out of their minds, too.

Very sad story. The giant garden gnome accompanied me and Mrs. Bush to Salt Lake for the Olympics opening ceremonies. While we were touring the downhill skiing facilities, the Gnome was tragically decapitated by...I'm sorry...I am still too emotional to talk about it.
