New Sammy Album

Yes, I'm a first-time poster and yes, I prefer the Sammy era.

What I want to know is, why is Sammy's new album called "Not 4 Sale" and yet it's being sold for $17.99 on Amazon.com?

Amazon says it's being release Oct. 1 and CDNOW says October 8. Nothing on redrocker.com though.

So there you go. My first post. Nothing too interesting. Let the beatings begin!

Rock legend Sammy Hagar (Van Halen, Montrose) and HUTCH singer Joe Hutchinson have co-written a song tentatively titled "Not 4 Sale" which will appear on Hagar's Autumn release this year.

Joe Hutchinson is flattered by the nod from Hagar. He explains "Most of us are borrowing from the Beatles and other giants, so when an artist of Sammy's stature borrows from an unknown like me, it adds a great level of legitimacy to what I'm doing as a songwriter."

I listened to "All the Money in the World" and it does sound a lot like the old Sammy sound. From listening to it, one could easily have thought Sammy wrote it.

Best Buy also has it listed to come out on Oct 1st.I can't believe there is nothing on his site if it is coming out in less than 4 weeks

What gets me is that CDNOW.com has a new Sammy hagar album listed for pre-order for Oct.8th.

Just titled Sammy Hagar: Sammy Hagar & The Waboritias.
