Yeah Van Halen and a lot of rock bands have had comic books in the early 90's. I've seen a Whitesnake book and a Queensryche book too. I also remember that Marvel did an Alice Cooper comic book.

Kiss also has an Image comic, but Kiss sucks so who cares. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

i have the first one. its pretty cheesy and the art works terrible but its funny to have.

Yeah they were made, although on the cover of my one it says it's not authorized by the band. VanHalenStore.com gives a copy away with every order, that's how I got mine. It's from about 1990 or so.

I've got the one covering the Dave era. I think it's pretty cool.

Got mine a long time ago. A friend of mine saw it at a record convention and got it for me. It's a pretty neat comic.
