...I was watching NBC News and Right Now was playing to introduce Bush/Cheney (near Philadelphia, no less) in his post-debate rally.

No comment on what I think of the candidates

He's already been contacted by legal representatives of Tom Petty, John Mellencamp, and Willie Nelson (among others, I'm sure) to stop playing their songs (and thereby implying endorsement) at Bush campaign events.

This would be one instance where I would encourage a Ray Danniels lawsuit
