New Rumor I heard on the Radio

Both bands have been quiet for some time now, and aren't releasing cds till later this year.. Axl Rose has lately takin an intrest in Van Halen, and always love Van Halen with David Lee Roth from what i have heard. I have heard that they are intrested in doing a tour together. Not an opening act, but each band puts on a full set. This is a rumor, sooo i think its bs.. But after The Mettalica/ Guns N roses tour bombed i dunno if it could happen again. But, the dj on the radio said that Guns N Roses wouldn't be that dumb again, and be safe and do there set first.. And there is nothing to loose both bands need exposure, and both need a comeback.. And it would be a HUGE event in Rock N Roll history, and would make a lot of green.. But anyways i thik it would be great, but i also think its BS....... Just thought i would put this hear for entertainment, but imagine if it was true.. I would be there in a second!

I think its a great idea....even likely actually. Its one of those that makes sense from a business sense, as well as an imagitive one.

I wouldnt be very excited about a G&R show mixed in with my Halen, but I'd take what I can get.

I'd be excited about a Guns n' Roses show only if Izzy, Slash and Duff were back in the band. Otherwise, I'm not too interested. And I certainly don't think VH should align themselves with a tour like this.

This tour would only be cool if it was the original GnR, not Axl and his travelling road show band.

Exactly, GNR is the band that put out "Appetite For Destruction," IMO. VH with Velvet Revolver would be way cool though...
