Most of all I remember not wanting to miss a daY on here because you never knew when this story was going to break?

I remember a lot of good times here.

Still nothing has really chnged since I first posted here and that is a sad fact.

I remember all of it cabo! I also remember that there were a lot more Hagar fans than Roth fans at this board, the first few months I was here, but most of them left when the Roth rumours started.. [img]smilies/cry.gif[/img]

I never said that Sammy was jealous or a liar when he said that Roth was out of the band btw, I don't recall any other UFF saying that either. [img]smilies/cool.gif[/img]

I remember sitting at work that night. My exact comment was, "No f-n' way. I'll believe it when I see it on their website." That night - blamo, there it was.

When you registered here?
Don't really remeber why other than boredom at the place I worked then. Of course I remember the debate was between calling myself "Dreams" after my favorite song or SNM after my second favorite. Wonder which one won? [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

When you wondered if it was Sammy or Dave?
First I thought it had to be #4. Then I thought it had to be Dave. Then I realized they don't like Dave and it will have to be Sammy. I think I've hit the cycle.

When EUAS started taking over the boards?
Before my time, but I remember when the attitude was conform or die around here. Thank goodness we only have a handful of them still kicking around here.

Still brings a [img]smilies/cry.gif[/img] to my eye.

Of which about all but two were started by the EUAS. Really, conform or die.

Seemed like every rumor supported what people wanted to believe, didn't it?

A: seem so sure of yourself that Dave will never be back in Van Halen (which is possible, but until they either retire or show up with someone else at the microphone not a certainty) and

dude i remember discussing with brett and few other posters how the new album with gary was gonna sound. we were all really set on the idea ed had learned from vh3 and that the cd was going to have a rougher edge. good times [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

I honestly can't remember more than a handful of the usual suspects saying that really. Still it was a few months back now.

I remember arguing pretty strongly it was a 'cut n shut' job on the interview though, and I still belive that it was - at least the mp3's that were passed to us. As it turns out it seems what Sam said was probably pretty accurate. Doesnt change the fact its a good idea to treat anything 'cut n shut' with some degree of caution though!

I remember them all and look eagerly to the memories to come. I know this has already been said before, but this is a really cool board and it's been fun to watch the changes visually, contentually ( I think I just made a new word [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] ), and membershipally ( ok I'll stop ). anyway I have and will continue to enjoy the board, though not as often as time permits these days, and everyone keep the fire and keyboards a typing and before we know it we may wake up to some new VH someday.
