They may have made a settlement offer to him and he just refused it. I guess it depends on the offer weather or not I would except it, If I was VH's manager and they wanted me out I would make them stick to the contract or buy me out. I certainly would not settle for less than what I had comming to me.

As for Vh appearing at the half time of any sporting event - I would not hold my breath for that to happen, VH is one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Great bands like this dont play half time gigs of football games.

Ok, finally we might have a reason for the the rumored "legal" delay, which is courtesy of Rape Danniels. Couldn't that moron accept some sort of settlement offer and just go away instead of putting us through this? Its obviously all his fault, or else they would not have waited this long.

This is not a real rumor...I just pulled this out of my butt. But it sure would be the right place at the right time, and certainly the "awesome" way of coming out like we have been asking for.
