first, you take this shot:

"Why don't you just go back there and twiddle your thumbs and wait until Dave books his next county fair show."

then you follow up that bit of genius with news that Sammy's playing at a glorified KOA campground...but it's not a county fair, so Rockfest must be a much more high-profile gig, right? i mean, look at the roster. it's a where-are-they-now freak's wet dream. and oh so fitting that it's in the "cheese" state...

I live in Wisconsin and I've been to rock fest. It's an absolute blast, it reminds me of what woodstock would be like. 50,000 partiers camped out in the middle of nowhere....drunk, half-naked, and rockin'

That line-up is old school. Man I'm jealous b/c I won't be able to make it out to WI. Alittle too far to drive to from Annapolis, MD when you don't have much vacation saved up.

    LMAO!

Hey Eddymon, isn't this the deadline day you gave for Van Halen to tell you what's going on or they can fuck off??? Or was it another lie?

If I lived anywhere near there, I would go. Sammy is the only artist in that lineup that I've seen before. Yes, the other bands are old school but they produced some good rock and roll in their heydays.

They usually have old school bands....alot better than the music nowadays. I went to see DLR two years ago at Rockfest along with Robert Plant, Scorpions, Queensryche, etc. I know Motley Crue has played there also. They usually attract alot of cool bands
