You guys have read this already and it was discussed last week(?) here--HOWEVER part of this post has INDEED been proven true(The Crablouse)
This was posted on dlrml@yahoo groups.
Yo, ho, ho and a bottle of rum!
Here's the news, and if you can't handle the truth, fuck off.
Back in November, I told you Bart Walsh was out (click this link
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dlrml/message/1252 and check bartwalsh.com).
The replacement is some recent GIT graduate from Japan.
If you were the one person who loved LAATPHT you're gonna love the new "music"
no
label or distributor will touch.
Lyrics going over house music "Crablouse." and a couple of "tek'd up" Beatle
remakes.
10 "songs" shopped and all doors slammed.
That "spectacular" DVD, file that in the garbage bin, "no distributor
interested." "Digital
video is not 35mm."
Bart Walsh not the only one gone. Steve Martin (personal assistant), Kieren
McClelland
(manager), Jeff Green (body guard) all gone! "He's too nuts to deal with."
New management, if you can call it that, is a former bus boy from Boston - no
prior
experience, just "extreme" access to vicodin. Hence no new gigs.
More lawsuits are in the works from none of the above mentioned. Specifics
coming,
Reunion UNlikely- God Bless Eddie & Alex Van Halen.
...just the tip of the iceberg.

"I do this because I love you."
Of course we know that this is the infamous TK!--funny thing is, when I finally figured out what was going on and posted it over here at the links, TK immediatly posted a message on that dlrml thinggy along the lines of "SEE!! I told you guys it was Crablouse"--which tells me that TK spends alot of time lurkin' around all the various VH related boards---or better yet, posts here under an alias.
This guy's post CAN NOT be written off as a rumor because Dave has INDEED done something with "The Crablouse"
My questions are:
1-Who is now in charge of the davidleeroth.com website?
2-What's up the the "lawsuit" with TK-Dave
3-If TK is indeed out of the loop---who is the one still giving them information on DLR?(because they had posted back in Novemember that Bar Walsh was out,at which time nobody believed them) and even told everyone that the Jap guy was IN!
4-slawterhouse STILL has a message board and they STILL talk about Dave on there! Has anyone told those people that TK hates Dave's guts yet?
Things just seemed fucked all the way around!Eat Us and Smile!

Unfortunately I believe this stuff. I've heard for some time that Dave hasn't been all there in recent years. I really question his sanity lately. There's a difference between just "being Dave" and being a little loony. I think it's been snowing a lot lately in Daveland, if you know what I mean.

This is not good news...
Maybe Eddie wasn't just being an asshole when he said he doesn't know what goes on in other peoples realities?? Maybe Dave has just flipped?
Lets face it. He's always been out there on the edge of reality as it is (as evidenced by the way he talks). I thought that was all his schtick, but maybe he's just lost it?
Not the news I wanted to hear. I hope it's not true.

If anyone remembers a thread over at The Dome called "Hey Brad, a differnt angle"-it was 8 pages of various stars pimpin' for the gig as Dave's backup band!!I still have that thing saved to my hard drive and I'll try to get it up on the net sometime...

I'm going to go out on a very skinny limb and say this is all part of the smokescreen. Jeff Green has been with Dave the last two tours, and he seemed to more than enjoy the gig and it looked to me like Dave treated him much like a bud, like I figure he treated Big Ed until their falling out. Hell, Jeff is in alot of the pics that were on Dave's site, he's the big bald guy. I don't remember who, but some poster was saying the bald guy was John Lowery a few weeks back, WRONG. He's in the pic of Dave I took at KC last summer and I've talked to him twice.
Look at it this way, if they are running the misdirection at us, and a reunion is on, but they still don't want it to be a certainty in our minds, a good way to plant the seed of the reunion being off would be for Dave to have someone make that post, tell them about the "Crablouse" song title. Kind of peculiar, that that is the only title the post mentions in particular, and wham bam, all of a sudden, what do you know, out of no where, Dave unannouncedly releases a new video to the net, and oh my, it is his version of "Crablouse".
Either they are taking us for one hell of an emotional roller coaster ride, or they have tried and tried again to make it work and just can't find the middle ground. This post says its off, Mike said it's on. Who the fuck knows? I'm not sure when this post was made, but the Vicodin peddling busboy manager part smells a little fishy to me, almost like saying, yeah, Crablouse happened, you know that for a fact, but is DLR so far gone that he would clean house, and hook up with some guy who may have used to be Chevy Chase's driver. I talked to Dave if only for 5 minutes in KC last summer, and he is still quite coherent, and this was in the early morning after a late night Club Dave after party he threw.
If this is true, and Dave is out, then I will have to look forward to the RRHOF ceremony, and as much as I hate that entity, I would welcome the occasion to see them jam one more time. Until more of this guys Crystal ball proves clear, I still hang on to hope.

The new manager thing has me wondering if maybe Ex-Extreme drummer turned Godsmack manager Paul Geary is in?
He is from Boston and I don't quit get the vicodin thing though.
It looks like no label will touch a Dave project that doesn't include Van Halen.'Old Van Halen, when I was in it-classic Van Halen-makes you wanna drink, dance and screw, right? And the new Van Halen encourages you to drink milk, drive a Nissan and have a relationship.' - David Lee Roth.

And on a rather funny note and I'm sure FORD will love this one.
I went and searched Paul Geary's biography and he onced worked as a Sheep Shaver. That is true.
His management company seems to be growing at a nice pace.
Maybe Gary set up a meeting with Eddie and Paul, If he were to add a veteran supergroup like Van Halen to go with a rising band like Godsmack that would really open up doors for his company.
Especially with a very sucesful VH reunion.'Old Van Halen, when I was in it-classic Van Halen-makes you wanna drink, dance and screw, right? And the new Van Halen encourages you to drink milk, drive a Nissan and have a relationship.' - David Lee Roth.
