Why no LWAN(DVD) before Christmas?

I know I'm ready to fork over my 20 bucks as soon as they put it out as, I am sure, are many of you. Anyone know anything about when they might be releasing this or even if they will release this on DVD. It seems ridiculas, to me, not to as it is one of the best concert videos of all time.

I doubt if there's any plans within the next year or so to release LWAN...

I don't see why they don't do it, but they haven't exactly been forthcoming with releases. I was surprised enough when WARNERS put out the RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW DVD. After all, they'd already cancelled release of the Toronto 1995 video because of Sammy's departure. It seems as if the band wants to simply not exist at all. Strange that the remasters even came out.

They should release the following four DVD's:

LIVE WITHOUT A NET (with bonus footage, maybe a song or two cut from the concert and the sound remixed in 5.1 surround)

FAIR WARNING IN OAKLAND (this is the show that the three MTV videos came from, and they could put this out as a complete DVD with sound remixed in 5.1 surround)

TORONTO BALANCE TOUR (the pay-per-view special, except the complete show, again with the sound remixed in 5.1 surround)

HISTORY OF VAN HALEN (a two-hour documentary with unseen archive footage showing the band's history and development, with live and studio footage and interviews with all current (?) and past band members)

Bottom line: they need to get off their asses and do...SOMETHING!

You know, the day I got together with my current girlfriend would probably be the most special day of my life. Dude, the day a FAIR WARNING DVD of the whole concert with sparkling picture and 5.1 surround sound is released...well, that'd just have to be the second most special day!

The performance of UNCHAINED on that is probably the most exciting live performance I've ever seen.

ugh. The pinnacle essance of all that we know of rock and roll. As far as picking where it ranks in days, cant we just lump it together with the top three so we dont have to feel guilty about anything?
