Alice in Chains' Layne Staley most likely dead--the oft rumor comes to fruition

I figured this is appropriate here for two reasons: This is a tragic loss to the rock community, and Alice in Chains once opened for Van Halen (if I'm not mistaken). Either way, a body has been found at Layne's home in Seattle that had apparantly been dead for several days. Leaks have confirmed this to be the body of Staley, but there has been no confirmation. Apparant cause of death is an overdose.
