there are a lot of tribute bands around these days. who is the closest lookalike van halen tribute? anyone look like ed?just curious rock on =VH=

No body out there looks like anyone in VH.

Well actually when you watch the Corrs vidoe for "breathless", watch for the guitarist, a couple of times he looks like Ed did during the Balance tour. (goatee, short hair, smirky smile)

Alex Van Halen - played by "Zute" from The Muppets

Mike Anthony- played by "Jerky Boy", Johnny Brennan.

Sammy Hagar- Played by one of the puppet characters on "Fraggle Rock."

The "5150" tribute band looks so much like VH it's scary. Especially the guy who's Eddie and the guy who's Sam. Almost a mirror image.

Hey, my brother thinks Edward Norton looks like Eddie. I keep telling him, "With long hair, maybe." But I think its a big maybe.

Keanu Reeves looks a lot like Alex to me.

That Jerky Boys guy is a dead ringer for Mike.

Val Kilmer kinda looks like Sammy to me. Put some long hair on him, get Rick Baker to do the make-up, I think it could work. Yeah I know, he was already Jim Morrison, but I think he looks more like Sammy.

I don't know of anybody that looks like Dave or Gary off hand.

Umm... I think you may be half wrong. I know the guys in 5150, and yes the singer (Dave Russell) looks, and sounds, a lot like Sammy, but the guitarist (Scott Szeryk) looks NOTHING like Ed. Not that Scotty isn't attractive or anything.
