Van Halen to do song for next Star Wars film?

Well, not exactly, but it is referred to in a news report. Apparently, N'sync is making a brief cameo in the next Star Wars film "Attack of the Clones". It was one of a slew of rumors that actually was true about the new movie. Here was another one
"At first, it appeared the 'N Sync (news - web sites) news was just another twisted rumor--conjured up by the same Star Wars geeks who have claimed that Celine Dion is singing the theme for Attack of the Clones and that Van Halen planned to record an instrumental score for the film."

So far, the VH rumor hasn't been confirmed. But if it was true, that would be a great way to kick start this reunion, considering the publicity this film will probably cause. Thought I'd pass it along.
