Taking My Time??? New Song????

I am currently downloading a song using WinMX that is titled 'Taking my Time' and it says 'Brand New Van Halen With New Singer'
Could it be true?
(Wasn't sure if I should have put this in rumour, sorry if I should have but it is there)

I did a search for that song title with Aimster and Boston came up. It might just be a copy of Boston's "Foreplay/Long Time," labeled "Taking My Time."
