Sammy kicked Chicago's ass Sunday night!!!

What a great fucking show!! Sammy kicked major ass!! He was on fire!!!

He played an awesome gig. He even had these very hot waitresses wearing very little bring him out Tequila!! It was sweet.

We managed to sneak up to the 3rd row, and we ended up taking home a drumstick. It hit me in the head, but we recovered it on the floor(Hey I wasn't looking otherwise I would have caught it). Anyway I could have literally spit on Sammy for a good part of the show! (I wouldn't though!)

Anyway this could have been the best show of the tour! The setlist was awesome, and Sammy was awesome!! This show rocked! I can't imagine him performing better then he did tonight. Well solo anyway!!

So go see this show it kick major ass!!

Sammy rules!!!

Let's see there was: Finish What You Started, Why Can't This Be Love, Top Of The World, and a little Wierd version of Cabo Wabo.

Sammy sounded great on these, but the Waborita guitarist (Vic right?) kind of messed up Eddie's solos!! He played the rest of the VH songs pretty well except he messed up the solos. But all in all the VH songs sounded great.

wolfie, going to see sammy a week from friday in L.A. couple of questions:

-how many songs off the new CD did he play? i still haven't bought it yet; what i've heard is so-so. i'd rather him play a few more classics (VH and pre-VH) and scale back on the post-VH (although i know he's got a CD to support).

-how long did he play?

-i can't believe he's playing the same three VH songs; he did the same on the last tour. while i love "top of the world," i'd like to see him bounce WCTBL and FWYS in favor of some others. oh well. and he's not playing the entire cabo wabo song? dammit, will i EVER hear that great song live? also, eagles fly ... did he play that? i think i've heard him do that only once (on the "balance" tour) and i was so fucking wasted i don't even remember it.

here's hoping we get "eagles fly," "cabo wabo" and some different VH tunes in L.A.

He played alot off his new cd! Maybe about 5-7 songs.

He played for almost 2 hours on Sunday. about 1 hour and 50 mins
