i started watching this and they were on motley crue. the show is in order by year so i must've just missed if they did anything on Van Halen...

did anyone catch it??

Yes, they did a really long bit on our boys. Artist as diverse as Marilyn Manson, Green Day, Bret Michaels, Tom Morello, Sebastian Bach, Anthony Kiedias and a slew of others gave props to the mighty VH. A ton of clips from just about all their videos from Roth to Hagar to Cherone were shown. It was really awesome to see. This reunion will be huge and going back the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thread, there were a few naysayers in there that said VH's influence wasn't as far reaching as The Who's (something like that, anyways) didn't see this. Van Halen is definitely one of the most influential hard rock acts of all time. This reunion will be gigantic, there's too many people behind for it not to be.
