It's a surprise!

I am not trying to be optimistic, I just have this feeling that the Sam and Dave tour will be huge surprise for VH fans. Look how everything has unfolded over the last year- VH was getting back together with Roth, Mike starts playing with Sammy, VH is dead silent for months and today Ed makes an official statement about his health and also comments that we'll be hearing from them very soon. Yeah, yeah- I know we have heard that before, but in light of all that has transpired over the last several months, I'll bet that VH makes a surprise appearance with both Sam and Roth, regardless of what has been said. If not, the Sam and Roth tour is quite simply, a fucking joke.

So, in other words, there's no way that either Dave or Sammy could possibly have a good show, unless Eddie shows up?

Yep, you're definitely a sheep.

Of course if they did show up, it would probably be later in the tour.... someplace where the Van HALEN fan base has always been strong...possibly the first place where Van HALEN was heard outside of southern California...

Oh well, like I said before, it's a pipe dream. But it's a good one.

There will never be a Van HALEN, ever again. OK maybe one performance at the R&R Hall of Fame for show, but that's it. What a fucking shame.

This has maybe a 0.1% chance of being true, but maybe Sammy and Dave bad-mouthing the brothers is just an act to get everyone to think it won't ever happen. Then VH will join them on stage and surprise everyone.

Of course I won't be counting on that to happen. But this tour is as close to Van Halen as we're going to get anytime soon.
