Membership Renewal...

On or about the 16th of December, I sent payment (via "snail mail") to renew my subscription to Premium Membership. As of this writing, I am still getting a notice on the Forums Index page that my subscription expires January 4th, 2008, and I have 5.75 days remaining to comply.

Has the money merely "not cleared customs", or if it has, can I assume it best to ignore this notice and modifications reflecting status will be made upon January 4th?

Thank you for any light you may shed on this matter.

Craig the money doesn't come directly to me so when I don't see my parents I don't get it. I assume you gave for another year so I just upped it for another year. I'll get the check later from my folks.

Brett, it's been a month, yet my "paid subscription" still reflects membership for a single year, yet I paid for two...could you look into adjusting this for me?
