I'm a regular (lurker) here...no one's mentioned this yet, so I thought I'd post.

Watched the Rock Show last night on VH1 and I'm smilin' now! At the beginning of the show, DLR was mentioned...so I stayed glued to the TV.

Kane talked about this week's Rock Show poll...

I know we can win this poll! MTV may not give a shit about VH, but VH1 appears to be on the wagon. Let's show them what a loyal following DLR has.

The winner will be announced on next Friday's show. So far, DLR has the lead with 38%, Tyler 20%, Halford 19%, Nugent 16%, Weiland 5%. Bet we can make it a landslide.

Later in the show, Kane talked about Dave on the cover of Spin...showed the mag and talked about DLR being #10. Then he said there is info regarding the VH camp. He talked about the remasters coming out on the 19th...also plugged the van-halen.com contest.

Then the "Unchained" video was shown.

I think this is pretty cool, especially in light of the MTV slam.

Looks like the media coverage is slowly cranking...just glad it's positive this time!
