Download "Glitter" - Rare Track (24 Hours Only!)

Thanks to Glenn, we have a copy of this rare track called "Glitter." There is a question of whether this is just DLR or if it is Van Halen. After listening to it several times, there is no question in my mind it is club-era VH, circa 1976. But you download it and judge for yourself.

This will only be up for 24 hours, so tomorrow afternoon it's coming down. Get it while you can.

The only doubt I had was with Eddie's tone. Didn't quite have the brownsound developed I guess. It is VH though...no doubt! [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

I really like the tune!! I need to put out a personal observation just to see if any other KISS fanaticals are out there. Does that solo sound like a Frehley solo or what? Something about the sound...That isn’t a knock on Ed, but only my personal observation. I spent many a year listening to Ace Frehley’s solos because I was a huge KISS fan before I realized $immon$ was a greedy bastage. Did you say this one was or has been hard to find? Just curious. And again, thanks Brett and Glenn!!!

Cool post Brett! There is no question that this is Eddie, the tone is not quite as dialed in as it was in his later years but you can tell he was young there. Alot of that was very signiture stuff for him, I heard some of the same stuff in there as he did in that movie Wild Life. Great stuff [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

Uncle Ted,

Keep trying to paste it, you simply have extra blank spaces after that last "!". Make sure there are no spaces before or after what you paste. Delete all the spaces, even delete the last character and replace it to make sure you have deleted all the spaces. Same goes for the front of it.
