okay, this is not who you think is the best (or second best, behind eddie), but simply your second favorite to listen to... i'd say tom schultz of Boston is my second favorite... Boston is my second favorite band... only other band besides van halen where their music doesnt ever get old to me... probably david gilmour is my 3rd

What the hell has Nuno been doing for the past five years? 'Schizophonic' was mediocre at best. He's such an awesome guitar player that you'd figure he'd have a major band by now. Guitar gods are hard to come by

I have never really liked saying who the best is. Everyone has their own list. I know who I like, and that's all that matters. I love listening to Eddie play, but I also like Stevie Ray Vaughan. That guy was pretty freaking awesome. He's probably my favorite number two guy. Vaughan is one of those virtuoso players that just came out out of no where (like Eddie) and just blew the doors off the competition. I never get tired of listening to him.

Mick Mars and Slash. Mars is one of the most underrated guitarists ever. Great blues player.

I have a lot actually, Rich Robinson, Marc Ford, Audley Freed, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Jimmy Herring, Dickey Betts, Jimmy Page, SRV, Buddy Guy, BB King, Craig Ross, Duane Allman, Slash, and many more I'm sure. Eddie seems like he doesn't fit in that list though (I mean he's great, and better than most of them, but he's of a completely different genre).

I would be happy with that! And as Ashe posted earlier, I'd like everything available from that release - warts and all!
